Rick has been in the real estate business for 25 years, starting as one of the founding core agents of DBL Beverly Hills, which was later acquired by Sotheby's International.     The Market Center has zero direct cost to join the platform, however they must complete the KW Commercial Addendum. Market Center leadership should connect with their Regional Director to begin this process. The current fee for an agent is $199 per month, charged through the Market Center.
