My real estate experience includes more than just the buying and selling of private homes; I have been involved with properties as a designer, builder, landlord, tenant, and real estate consultant.

I have a master’s degree in architecture and spent many years as a practicing architect, designing and building numerous projects, including my own house, which I recently designed and built in Cheviot Hills. For the past 35 years, I have been a proud resident of the Brentwood and Santa Monica areas, and now Cheviot Hills, Los Angeles, California. I own several income properties in Los Angeles, and I am intimately familiar with rent control and its issues and nuances.

I have an enormous vault of information about residential and rental properties, 1031 exchanges, reverse exchanges, and all other aspects of real estate. I am one of the founders and a previous board member of SIAP, "The Society of Iranian Architects and Planners," a great organization of good Iranian architects, a member of NAR, "The National Association of Realtors," and CAR,  "The California Association of Realtors," a member of SRES, "Senior Real Estate Specialist," and a hardworking and knowledgeable real estate consultant.
