Scott began his career in Los Angeles real estate in 2011, collaborating with top agents in Beverly Hills for many years to further enhance his industry and technical expertise. Scott has been involved in the sale of over 1,000 successfully closed transactions valued at more than $1,100,000,000. His experience ranges from entry-level to luxury price points, with an extensive knowledge of hyper-local markets in Los Angeles.

A southern California native, Scott was raised in a family with over 50 years of real estate sales and investing experience in south Orange County. From an early age, he gained exposure to the best practices of industry leaders and developed a passion for the business.

Scott takes a methodical and consultative approach to brokering his clients' best interests and prides himself on honesty, rapid communication, and fierce negotiation. Scott joined The Richard Schulman Team in 2018, determined to create opportunity, pride of ownership, and security for his clients through lifelong relationships in real estate sales and investing.

Scott is a double alumnus of the University of Southern California, with a Bachelor's in Public Policy, Management, and Urban Planning and a Master's in Business with a specialization in Social Entrepreneurship. He utilizes his past experience in city planning, environmental consulting, and politics to analyze market trends and dedicates hundreds of hours a year to professional development. Scott lives in the Melrose/Fairfax district with his husband Trent, a talent manager, and their Frenchie, Oliver.
