With twenty years of commercial real estate experience, Sabin specializes in the sale of apartments and land for multi-family development within Los Angeles’ prestigious Westside. Throughout his career, he has secured nearly one billion in transactions and continues to demonstrate outstanding achievements and strong leadership skills.

Sabin began his career in commercial real estate with Marcus & Millichap, where he was recognized for having the highest productivity among new agents. In 2000, he was recruited by RE/MAX and SCI Properties in a joint venture to expand Re/Max’s commercial brokerage presence in Los Angeles’ exclusive Westside. This resulted in what was to be the first commercial-only office, known as RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage ("RCB"). While serving as Vice President with RCB, he consistently earned numerous brokerage awards, including the Platinum Club Award (2000–2005), given to agents with the highest brokerage volume companywide. He was repeatedly a Top 10 producer and received awards for his outstanding performance. In 2004, Sabin received the Hall of Fame Award for ranking among the top five commercial agents nationwide with the highest consecutive rankings.
