Jason Carvalho started his real estate career over a decade ago at a small boutique brokerage in Santa Monica. From there, he moved on to support an international brokerage with 400+ agents and a deal flow in excess of $1.2 billion annually. Jason specializes in the Los Angeles multi-family arena and approaches his business with an honest work ethic, integrity, and determination to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction while creating strong personal relationships. In pursuit of his passion for real estate and multi-family properties, Jason continues to advise his clients to reach their financial goals through aggressive underwriting, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Jason graduated from Cal State Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is an entrepreneur at heart who loves business and real estate. Through his college years and into his corporate career, Jason started and successfully ran a graphic design company and a data processing company. In addition to spending time with his family, Jason enjoys living an active outdoor lifestyle, traveling, and exploring California’s beach cities and mountain getaways.
